AVAILABILITY - Website inventory is updated daily, however we can not guarantee availability of all items ordered due to limited quantities.
ORDERS - Orders are processed in the order in which we recieve them. If there are any problems a 2nd e-mail notification will be sent within 24hrs which will cover any changes to the order including missing items and final total adjustments. Credit Cards and Paypal orders will be processed first. For check or money order payments please wait for the 2nd confirmation e-mail before sending in your payment to make sure there were no additional fees or missing items associated with the order. PAYMENT - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Personal Checks & PayPal accepted. For International orders (any order outside of the USA) we currently only accept PayPal and Check/Money Order payments. (there is a $30 fee for any returned/bounced check)
POSTAGE - We offer a variety of shipping solutions including Express, Standard & and an Economy method on certain products. All Express and Standard shipments are shipped via UPS or through the U.S. Post Office with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Express is a 1-2 day service shipped via air and Standard is a 3-5 day ground service in most cases. All Express and Standard shipments include insurance and UPS shipments have a tracking number included. Price is based on total package weight and destination location. You can ask for you either UPS or Postal shipping in the "note to us" section during checkout if you have a preference, if not we shall select the best method that insures prompt delivery to your area (note: all P.O.Box & Millitary addresses will have to use Postal shipping methods) Economy is a special low rate shipping method only offered on certain products (example. Books, DVD's, Soundtracks, Pencil Boards, Card Packs & Other similar smaller items) Economy is normally a 5-7 day shipping but shipping time is not guaranteed or insured. International shipping is also available. For international orders we will send prices and shipping options that are available to your area in the 2nd confirmation e-mail after your order has been received and reviewed.
ADDRESS INFORMATION - Please make sure all information is 100% correct before submitting order. There will be an additional $10 fee on orders that are submitted with any incorrect address information. The shipping provider charges us each time they have to change/correct an address, or redirect a package due to incorrect information. So please take the time and review all the information for any errors or type-o's before completing the order as you could be charged for these errors.
Merchandise return for exchange or refund is possible as long as it's within 30 days of the invoice date. Customer is responsible for return postage. Package delivery confirmation is mandatory for all Post Office shipping. Items can not be used and must still have original item packaging, please contact us for details before sending an item back.
